Fabrics

We offer fibre-glass type-E products, roving fabrics manufactured from straight roving. Further, carbon or aramid fibres or fabrics made from a combination of these fibres.

The fabrics are used to make aircraft, insulating systems, in pultrusion, to make sports accessories, boats and paddles, pipes and tanks, in motor sports and the automotive industry, transport, building construction and in the production of wind power plants.

Tapes

In our product range, you will also find glass fibre, roving and carbon fibre fabric tapes. Glass and roving fibre tapes are offered in various gramme weights from 80/m2 to 100 g/m2, in widths from 5 to 40 cm, in two versions with woven or cut edges.

The tapes are generally used to make, for instance, tubes, couplings, poles and cylinders.

Combined materials

Made by needle-punching of various types of fabrics (glass, roving, hybrid fibre fabrics, mats, non-woven textiles) in 2 - 3 layers. We offer them in gramme weights from 380 g/m2 to 900 g/m2. Combined materials are made upon customer request.

 

Combined materials are used for the production of thick-walled products.

Bonding fasteners

We offer high quality bonding fasteners from Veck Composite Fasteners Ltd, which are made of galvanised and stainless steel. 

Bonding fasteners are used for various types of applications, in the fastening and bonding of components in the manufacture of motor vehicles, boats, in the building industry, in the production of composite and laminated components, and shaping of plastics (rotary, vacuum, injection).

Prepregs

Prepregs are raw materials for the production of composites whose main component is a reinforcement partially pre-impregnated with hardened resins. The major advantage of prepregs is the high portion of fibre reinforcement, uniformity and smoothness of the finished components, which is related to the pre-defined and precision application of the reinforcement.

We offer carbon, glass, aramid and hybrid fibre prepregs. Prepregs are mainly used to make composite components for the aviation, astronautics and automotive industries.

Mats

Chopped strands mats (CSM) are made of non-oriented type-E glass fibre strands bonded with an emulsion or powder bonding agent.

They are used to make glass fibre components for industrial application, railway vehicles, etc.

Strip fabrics

We offer strip fabrics made of PA 6.6 of gramme weight 64 g/m2, 83 g/m2 and 95 g/m2, in a standard width of 150 cm. 

As per customer request, it is possible to offer a strip fabric width of 1.5 cm – 160 cm.
